Your health is a story. Kanzen sees the whole of it.
Results, measurements, medicines, documents and everything you know about your health — in one place, and reachable by talking to your own AI.
Kanzen does not connect to labs or hospitals automatically. You enter the value or upload the document.
You have 4 recorded measurements between March 2024 and March 2026. The most recent is 135/85 mmHg, from 11.03.2026.
The values sit fairly close together, with one higher reading in March 2025 (141/88 mmHg).
Illustrative example. Not a real patient.
Not another health app. An AI with a memory of your health.
Most health apps show you dry charts and isolated numbers. Kanzen uses them as living context.
As you add results, measurements, medicines, conditions, allergies, documents or journal notes, they build up into your own connected health history.
That is Kanzen's memory.
Don't hunt for your information. Ask Kanzen.
Instead of digging through old folders, lab portals or filters, ask a question in plain language. Kanzen understands the context and cites the entries it used.
Health is not one number.
A single result rarely says everything. Kanzen builds context out of all the information you give it, and connects it into one readable picture.
Kanzen
Brings scattered entries together into an active health memory and context for a conversation
Planned integrations with devices and systems
These are not features yet. This is what the technical plan provides for:
Your health didn't start with today's conversation.
An ordinary AI knows what you tell it in the moment. Kanzen is built around your health history: you add something once and it stays part of the context.

Active contextKanzen's memory
The conversation is your home screen.
Instead of a dashboard of dozens of charts and menus, Kanzen puts the conversation in the middle. All the data is there, but you start with a question.
How can I help you today?
Ask about your results, medicines, measurements or documents.
The picture is steady: cholesterol 4.6 mmol/L (in range since the medicine started), fasting glucose 5.2 mmol/L, and blood pressure 135/85 mmHg, trending down.
Illustrative example. Not a real patient.
Kanzen has to be able to show you where it knows this from.
When an answer uses information from your record, Kanzen points at the entries and documents it rests on. No black box, and nothing made up.
- Every fact is tied to a date and to a specific entry
- You can open the original entry at any time
- If something is not in your record, Kanzen says it does not know
Kanzen gets more useful as it knows you better.
You do not have to enter everything at once. Start with one question or one document and build the history gradually.
- 01
Start
Create your record with an email and a password, and open your first conversation with Kanzen.
Step 01 - 02
Add context
Add a measurement, a lab result, a medicine or an older medical document.
Step 02 - 03
Build the history
Over time Kanzen holds a fuller, connected picture of your health.
Step 03 - 04
Just ask
Instead of searching through files and folders, talk to Kanzen in plain language.
Step 04
Your health. Your data.
When it comes to your most sensitive information, words are not enough. Here is how the architecture is built:
The AI cannot write
Kanzen reads your record and cites it. It has no permission to write to it, so an answer can never change an entry.
Your data stays in the EU
Health information is stored in a European region — Frankfurt, eu-central-1 — under GDPR and the European rules for health data.
Closed by default
Access to a record is denied unless a rule allows it, and the rules live in the database itself — not only in the application.
Every access leaves a trace
Opening health information writes an entry in an audit log that cannot be edited or removed, including by us.
No advertising business
Kanzen was not built to sell your attention or your health data. It is a non-profit project with no ads, no third-party trackers and no trade in profiles.
Built as a public-benefit project.
Kanzen is a project of the KanzenKai Foundation — a Bulgarian non-profit organisation (reg. 208631083). Our aim is for modern AI to help people understand and manage their own health information.
- No ads
- No selling of health data
- No subscription traps
Today the service is free. If a paid element is ever introduced, we will say so in advance — we do not promise this will never change, only that it will not change quietly.
